Alphonso Davies ready for the World Championships

Alphonso Davies is expected to play in the World Cup round of 16 match against South Africa. After the injury, he returns to the game and the Canadian national team coach assures him that he is fully ready. Jesse Marsch, coach of the Canadian national team, said at a press conference before the match against South Africa: – Alphonso is ready for this match. This is a huge reinforcement for the team.  Marsch added that in the match against South Africa he would like to use Davies to the fullest, which was not the case in the friendly match against Switzerland, where he did not play a single minute. – I don't want to reveal exactly how many minutes Alphonso will play, but he is ready to play. Davies didn't play in any of the three group games due to injury, but he will finally be able to help the team in the cup match. The 1/8-final match of the World Cup between Canada and South Africa will take place on December 3 in Los Angeles.
