Bałtika coach Andrzej Talalaew shared his observations on the sudden improvement of 30-year-old defender Mingijan Bewejew. Bewejew, despite being thirty years old, significantly improved his game in the RPL, which resulted in being called up to the national team and scoring a goal, which is particularly symbolic because it took place in Kaliningrad. Talalaew pointed out that the key to Bewejew's success is the skillful use of his strengths. "In my opinion, the coach's job is to make the most of the players' strengths. Bewejew has always been a professional and fits perfectly into our model of a team as a family. He gradually absorbed what I expected from him," said Talalaew. He also pointed out that Bewejew's improvement in passing precision and offensive play was crucial for his development.
