According to Tevez, the ideal candidate for the position of technical director of the team is Paolo Maldini. "Maldini is top class in this role, just look at his achievements at Milan. I know him personally and I know he is really talented," said Tevez. He also added that if the Italians managed to combine Maldini with Antonio Conte, they would be sure to succeed. Tevez, who was close to a move to Milan, has never worked personally with Maldini.
