The athlete from El Campillo shared on Instagram photos documenting his progress in the first month of rehabilitation, in which he can already be seen walking on crutches. López captioned his publication with two inspiring quotes. The first, taken from Alfred Pennyworth, Batman's butler, reads: "Why do we fall? To learn to get up." The second quote comes from the Bible, from the book of Romans: "The sufferings of this present time are nothing compared to the glory that will be revealed" (Romans 8:18). While most of FC Barcelona's players will return to training under Hansi Flick on July 13, Fermín will continue to focus on his rehabilitation. The midfielder underwent surgery on June 19, and doctors expect his return to action in mid-August if everything goes according to plan. The footballer regularly shares his progress on social media, showing his determination and hope for a quick return to full fitness.
