Liverpool are looking for a successor to Salah - Jarrod Bowen is in their sights

Liverpool are in dire need of a new hero on the right wing following the departure of Mohamed Salah. Although the Egyptian's previous season was not the best, his six goals and the same number of assists in the Premier League were a significant contribution that cannot be easily replaced. The candidacy of Yankuba Minteh, a young player, does not meet the expectations of Salah's achievements. Additionally, Yan Diomande chose Paris Saint-Germain's offer, which narrows Liverpool's room for maneuver on the transfer market. Therefore, the club can focus on an experienced player who could fill the gap on the wing for a year before a better option becomes available in the 2026/27 season.  One such option is West Ham United's Jarrod Bowen. Following his side's relegation from the Premier League, Bowen appears to be on the market. His attacking skills place him among the top right wingers, making him an attractive option for Liverpool in the coming season. Additionally, Bowen meets the requirement for players raised in England, which is an important factor for the club. Although this is not a dream direction for Liverpool, which wanted to invest in a new star on the wing, the current realities of the transfer market force it to consider such a strategy.
