Manchester United expands its hospitality offer, sparking controversy among fans
In recent seasons, Manchester United fans have expressed their dissatisfaction by protesting outside the directors' box at Old Trafford. The reason for their frustration was the club's decision to move them to other places in the stadium. On Tuesday, fans received an email informing them that Elevate had become Manchester United's first "official hospitality partner", which partly explains the changes. The club emphasizes that the partnership with Elevate aims to expand the hospitality offer. ![Image](https://s.yimg.com/os/en/bbc_us_articles_995/b2b523a795e91ac8c69e189e5dd4dc89) The new offer includes four packages, although in reality there are many more. One of them offers a meeting with a current player of the first team, another provides the opportunity to take a photo with the team captain before the start of the match. Another package is help with "planting the corner flag", and yet another is "club experience on the bench". All packages include soft seats behind the bench. Manchester United realizes they can generate significantly more revenue from the seats between the directors' box and the benches than before.
