Maurizio Sarri is the new coach of Atalanta Bergamo

Maurizio Sarri has been officially announced as Atalanta Bergamo's new coach, finalizing the coaching arrangement in Serie A for the upcoming season. The former Lazio coach signed the contract after the end of the day at the Bortolotti Sports Center in Zingonia. By working with Cristiano Giuntoli, whom he knows from his time working at Napoli, Sarri will be able to plan transfer strategies and preparations for the new season with greater precision.  During his first meeting with Atalanta fans after he left the sports center, Sarri was warmly welcomed by the fans. Due to the good impressions from the visit to the center, the coach posed for photos with a smile and thanked the fans for their trust. Atalanta BC issued a statement expressing its satisfaction with entrusting Maurizio Sarri with leading the first team. In his coaching career, which includes over 800 matches at the professional level, Sarri won, among others, the Europa League and the Italian championship.
