McGeehan and Guinness-Walker leave Northampton

 Midfielder Cameron McGeehan and left-back Nesta Guinness-Walker have left Northampton Town following the team's relegation to League Two. Both players received new contract offers in May, but the talks did not end with success. McGeehan has scored 18 goals in 82 games for the Cobblers after joining the club on a free transfer in 2024, while Guinness-Walker has made 72 appearances in his two seasons at the club. "Both Nesta and Cam have been excellent players for this club over the last two years and we leave on good terms with both of them," new manager Chris Hogg said in a statement to the club's website.
