World Cup: Thomas Tuchel considers England changes for Panama match

England coach Thomas Tuchel is considering making changes to his squad for the match against Panama in the second round of the 2026 World Cup. He wonders why his team's left side was not as effective in the group stage as it was in the pre-tournament friendlies. In the first match, the English defeated Senegal 3-0, but in this match the left flank, played by Luke Shaw and Jack Grealish, was slightly worse. Tuchel is wondering whether to make changes in the second match and put, for example, Bukayo Sakha and Alphonse Davies on this side.  "We have to give them more opportunities to attack because there wasn't enough of that in the first match," Tuchel said. - I need to analyze whether they are able to play together in the second match or whether a different lineup is needed. We need to be more diverse in attack, he added. The England-Panama match will take place on November 30 at 9:00 p.m. Polish time.
