Rangers and Brighton agree details of Raskin's transfer

No official offers have been received at Ibrox yet, but the transfer market is starting to gain momentum. Rangers authorities expect formal proposals soon that will put them in a difficult position. Raskin has become a key player in the team since joining Scotland. His possible loss would be a huge loss for the team.
