Raphinha will not play against Scotland, Neymar ready for 90 minutes - Carlo Ancelotti

Brazil coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Barcelona striker Raphinha will miss Wednesday's World Cup group match against Scotland, while Neymar is ready to play the full 90 minutes if necessary. Raphinha was injured in the 40th minute of the match against Haiti, which Brazil won 4-0. Earlier on Tuesday, the striker posted an entry on social media in which he announced that he would do everything to recover as quickly as possible. "We are only thinking about playing a good match with the best possible squad, the same applies to the strikers," Ancelotti said at a press conference on Tuesday. "We already have a clear idea who will replace Raphinha, there is no point in worrying about cards."  Although Ancelotti did not reveal who would replace Raphinha, he did mention Bournemouth winger Rayan, who replaced Raphinha late in the match against Haiti, saying he was "playing well" and had "great potential". Neymar, however, did not play in either of Brazil's first two matches at the tournament because he was struggling with a calf injury. Ancelotti said immediately after the match against Haiti that he expected Neymar to be ready for the match against Scotland. "He is available, he trained very well this week," Ancelotti said. "He is fit and ready to play. We are very happy that he is back. He is a high-quality player. He can play from the first minute or 90 minutes. He is in very good shape, he has worked very hard, so he is ready. His attitude is very good, he is in a good mood, he is a good player, a good teammate. He is very serious and we want him back to playing as soon as possible. I am very happy. He brings experience and knowledge - he performed very well." About Endrick, who Brazil fans are demanding in the starting lineup, Ancelotti said: "Endrick can play in every match, he can play in tomorrow's match and he can play at any time because he has the ability to do so.
