The friendly match between the teams of Sweden and Greece ended in a 2-2 draw. Sweden equalized in the 53rd minute thanks to Viktor Djökeres. Then Gustaf Nilsson, who came on as a substitute, put the Swedes ahead in the 69th minute. The match ended in a draw thanks to Giorgos Masouras' goal in stoppage time, exactly in the 96th minute. Sweden is preparing to appear in Group F at the World Cup, where they will face Tunisia, the Netherlands and Japan. However, Greece failed to qualify for the tournament, finishing fourth in its group behind Scotland, Denmark and Belarus.
