France with "lucky stones" before the 2026 World Cup

The French national team, preparing for the 2026 World Cup, received unusual support from the Ministry of Sports. During a visit to Clairefontaine, Sports Minister Marina Ferrari, together with President Emmanuel Macron, presented the players with special stones which, according to her, have unique properties.  Minister Ferrari revealed that she has been using a similar talisman for over 20 years and decided to share this experience with the players. Each player received two stones: blue jasper and rock crystal. "Blue jasper has tonic properties and gives strength to achieve goals, while rock crystal reduces stress and anxiety, increases self-confidence and can relieve muscle pain," Ferrari explained, recommending that soccer players keep these "stars" in their socks. The French team, led by Didier Deschamps, is preparing to take part in the world tournament to be held in North America. Their first match is scheduled for June 16, where they will face the Senegalese national team in New Jersey.
